What causes acne and how to get rid of it

Chest, such as common facial acne, skin disorder disease. Acne appears due to excessive production of sebum oil produced by Sebaceous orifices glands. Which leads to clogged pores and acne formation. The fact that there are many other glands in the chest region makes it prone to acne. Chest acne, but inconvenient truth, can sometimes be very painful.


The most important causes of clogged pores that lead to Acne chest below:


• Hormonal imbalance has a key role behind the excessive production of sebum which leads to acne.
• Sweat over the summers mixes with sebum and cause clogging of pores. If clogged pores for a long period of time it can cause acne.
• Narrow fitting clothes can affect the chest acne. Do not allow perspiration evaporate causing clogging pores and acne.
• Pampering your chest is inappropriate (non-oil)-free products can also cause clogging pores and acne.


Dealing with acne chest occasionally very difficult given the large area of skin. But with the following steps, you can get rid of it altogether:


1. shower often inevitable (especially in summer) to avoid further clogging pores. It is best to use SOAP containing salicylic acid. Try to be gentle and not rub your skin.
